This workshop is designed with leaders of multi-point parishes in mind. Topics include: an introduction to system thinking, valuing differences, and focusing on strength and mission. The Healthy Congregations Workshop is designed to strengthen how the leaders in your parish and congregations understand the ways your parish works as a system and how to respond when anxiety rises among the members.

Presenter: Pastor Kristi Weber, Trinity Lutheran Church, Jamestown, North Dakota. Pastor Weber began her ministry serving a two-point parish in Northeastern Minnesota and has been a trained Healthy Congregations Facilitator since 2004.
